I purchased the Schiek lifting belt in medium im a 31. Inch waist and it fits perfectly very comfortable and the double Velcro straps are really strong and i can get a good tight fit feels very supportive for squats and deadlift it’s the first Velcro belt I’ve ever tried and I prefer it to my old York leather belt it’s much more comfortable and the special contour shape around the sides is a great design sets it apart from every other Velcro synthetic belt I’ve seen I was debating between the rehband Velcro belt and the Schiek belt I’m glad I chose this aswell because I’ve read reviews stating it’s very durable and it seems to be very well made.i would definitely purchase it again as it’s very good value for money too.

I have never used a belt before due to the fact they feel too restricted !! This belt allows movement as well as being supported. Plus can leave on during a workout should it be needed. Very pleased.
