COVID-19 Update

We have put strict health & safety measures in place here at UrbanGymWear which ensure the safety of all of our employees and our customers. These include all members of staff washing hands upon arrival and regularly throughout the day. All of our team here have been provided with cleaning products so we can all clean our own work stations frequently. All employees are 2m apart at all times and unused meeting rooms have been transformed into additional staff rooms - to further ensure staff can keep a safe distance from each other. Cleaning products are also located in every communal area so shared appliances/furniture are routinely cleaned before and after use. 

Our warehouse has seen an increase in orders over recent days but we are handing the increased capacity and all orders are being despatched on time. This means you can still place your order and receive it the Next Working Day (UK Mainland). All international deliveries are also being despatched as normal.



Items can be returned in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for FREE! Please note all accepted returns will be refunded. We can no longer offer an exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and this means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage and in a resaleable condition. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any product tags/tickets still attached.

Please be careful when trying on clothing that you are not wearing any make-up, hair product, fragrance, deodorant or other creams or substances, which may mark or damage the product.

1. Complete the Returns form that was included within your order and pop it inside your parcel.
2. Stick the included Tracked 48 label on to your parcel.
3. Drop your parcel off at your local Post Office for FREE.
4. IMPORTANT: Request a receipt for proof of postage.
We have already paid the return postage costs so you won't need to pay a penny when you take your parcel to the Post Office!
Returns are FREE for UK orders.
UPDATE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, returns are taking a little longer to be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be received.

1. Complete the Returns form that was included within your order and pop it inside your parcel.
2. Send your parcel back to us using your preferred courier.
3. When we receive the item(s) back we will refund the price paid for the item.
4. If you would like to swap for a different size or colour please place a new order. 
5. IMPORTANT: We recommend using an insured delivery service as we can't be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
